Senior Account Director

Strangers have started naming you in their wills.

You’ve spent the last eight to ten years cultivating your persuasive leadership skills and charisma. Top that off with first rate strategic thinking, project management and organizational expertise, and you have the makings of one heck of a Senior Account Director. Trigger is looking for someone to foster day-to-day relationships with clients and add to the positive dynamic of our Client Services team.

Duties:

  • Attract & retain clients who value integrated strategic & creative excellence
  • Responsible for the timely and cost effective implementation of all client deliverables
  • Manage assignments, provide leadership, guidance and support to the account management team
  • Oversee project estimating and post-analysis
  • Foster client relationships and be indispensible to their success
  • Help clients build healthier brands; identify & contribute to category defying thinking
  • Provide clients with a deeper level of engagement
  • Take a leadership role in strategy development
  • Motivate & inspire Trigger’s idea people
  • Report to the Director of Client Services


Skills:

  • 8-10 years agency-side experience in client services and marketing strategy
  • Experience in PR, media relations, community relations, event management, brand management and large-scale campaign implementation
  • Familiarity with a broad range of marketing communications approaches and tactics, including both traditional and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate market research into effective marketing strategies
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Senior-level relationship management skills
  • Exceptional analytical, creative problem-solving, consensus-building, negotiation and communications skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships.
